During the rental period, the copier’s maintenance and repair will be promptly addressed by our technicians at no additional cost. (Except for vandalism)

Yes. The toners and papers come with the rental service and are charged based on per-meter click cost. Normally Black per meter click is RM0.030 per page. Color per meter click is RM0.35 per page.
The minimum rental period is 12 months, but we do offer short-term rental within a few days or a few months.
Definitely, we offer better rental rates for bulk orders (more than 5 copier on rental scheme). 36 months and 60 months rental scheme pricing will be differed.
No hidden cost. Only monthly rental fees and meter clicks will be charged.
No Penalties. Only meter clicks will be charged after free copies are given.

Certainly! We provide a trial period where our tested and refurbished copiers/printers are sent to valued customers. If satisfied, the copiers/printers are immediately rented to the customer.

Yes, you can upgrade the copiers/printers anytime with no penalties. However, rental fees may differ if we need to install additional board or parts.
Simply provide written notice via email two months before the end of the rental term. As long as the copier is returned in good condition, no other hidden requirements apply.
